Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect and assess the requirements of various business sectors

• Map out processes to identify problems, risks, and areas for enhancement

• Convert business requirements into both functional and non-functional specifications

• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional documentation

• Facilitate meetings, interviews, and workshops with users and stakeholders

• Assist in defining, prioritizing, and refining the backlog

• Foster alignment among Business, Product, Development, Architecture, and Quality teams

• Oversee solution development, addressing inquiries and ensuring adherence to requirements

• Aid in testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-production monitoring processes

• Track key performance indicators and assess the outcomes of implemented solutions

• Recognize impacts, dependencies, and risks associated with requests

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes, products, and systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or in comparable roles

• Proven ability in collecting, analyzing, and documenting requirements

• Familiarity with process mapping and enhancement techniques

• Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban

• Proficiency in creating user stories and acceptance criteria

• Understanding of backlog management and prioritization methods

• Prior experience in the insurance, supplementary healthcare, or financial services industries

• Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling tools

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar applications

• Understanding of data analysis, key performance indicators, and dashboards

• Background in digital transformation and systems integration projects

• Relevant certifications in business analysis, product management, process management, or Agile methodologies
