This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.
• Oversee business analysis for intricate, multi-system solutions and AI-driven automation initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend advertising workflows and convert objectives into detailed requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering utilizing suitable analysis methods.
• Provide strategic advice to clients by identifying and suggesting optimal approaches to meet business needs and goals.
• Lead clients and development teams through the implementation of data and analytical solutions.
• Develop and sustain business analysis artifacts, such as requirements, work breakdown structures (WBS), process flows, decision logs, and wireframes.
• Verify user stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and business rules.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure alignment of solutions.
• Recognize and convey risks associated with design, scope, dependencies, and timelines.
• Assist in defining scope, managing changes, and optimizing as-is/to-be processes.
• Deliver data-driven insights to aid executive decision-making.
• Organize and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Engage in pre-sales activities.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or BI Analyst.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in roles with Product Owner-like responsibilities.
• Proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with backend and cloud solutions.
• Capability to translate intricate business needs into functional and data requirements.
• Practical experience with BI tools and basic SQL knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and diagramming software.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and prompt-based solutions.
• Experience in data analysis and governance, including mapping, lineage, and quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.
• Background in AdTech or digital advertising is a plus.
• Experience in supporting pre-sales or discovery phases is an advantage.
