Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers, business development, and data engineering teams to assist our growth team in identifying issues and enhancing the visibility of product metrics.

• Convert intricate product and business inquiries into straightforward, actionable insights.

• Develop, manage, and expand self-service dashboards and tailored visualization tools.

• Take ownership of comprehensive analytics for our growth products—from gathering data requirements and assessing opportunity sizes to designing experiments and conducting post-launch impact evaluations.

• Foster trusted relationships across teams, serving as a collaborative bridge among technology, business, and product.

• Utilize advanced mathematical and statistical modeling techniques (including A/B testing, multivariate testing, clustering, and supervised learning) to address practical business challenges that yield significant results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience (excluding academic projects and internships) in a quantitative analysis role within high-scale tech companies, tier-1 consulting firms, or investment banks with strong programming requirements.

• Exceptional SQL skills (which will be assessed during our interview process).

• Practical experience in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments on digital products (such as A/B and multivariate tests).

• Experience with popular visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.

• Familiarity with applying statistical modeling and advanced analytics to provide actionable, product-influencing insights.

• Proficient in statistical programming (Python) and knowledgeable in tools like Pandas, SciPy, and Jupyter notebooks.

• Proficient spoken and written English with a clear and professional demeanor.
