Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams

• Facilitate sessions for gathering and refining requirements

• Record business and functional requirements

• Develop User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

• Perform process and impact analysis

• Assist with backlog management tasks

• Work collaboratively with development, testing, and product teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Aid in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the validation of implemented solutions

• Identify areas for process enhancement

• Contribute to strategic technology projects

• Align business needs with technological solutions in a global context

• Partner with international teams throughout the development lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects

• Proficient in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements

• Familiarity with User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

• Experience in managing stakeholders and collaborating across business and technology teams

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Background in process analysis

• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation

• Proficient in English for effective communication in a global setting

• Background in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Banking, or FinTech

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps

• Experience with Process Mapping, BPMN, or Gap Analysis

• Familiarity with Data Analysis and SQL

• Background in Systems Integration and API Integration

• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Product Ownership
