This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee initiatives for projects of low to moderate complexity and low-complexity programs.
• Assist with highly complex projects and support all program levels.
• Establish the scope, objectives, and systems for business processes through thorough research and fact-finding.
• Implement business process analysis and requirements management methodologies.
• Suggest and utilize process enhancement and re-engineering techniques.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate business models, data models, and hybrid enterprise structures.
• Recognize best practices and document performance metrics for assessment.
• Determine business process and technology solutions to optimize operations.
• Facilitate group sessions, conduct interviews, provide training, and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to business analysis frameworks.
• Apply business analysis principles to moderately to highly complex projects, encompassing scoping, requirements gathering, business process modeling, requirements management, and feasibility and cost-benefit evaluations.
• Create screen mockups for new or revised functionalities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to secure approval on screen designs, workflows, and functionalities.
• Offer functional expertise to the Scrum Master and developers for the creation and upkeep of the project backlog.
• Engage in weekly design discussions across the project.
• Participate in scrum events, including sprint kickoffs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and relevant end-of-sprint demonstrations.
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of technologies pertinent to the engagement.
• High level of proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Capability to conduct cost-benefit analysis, trends analysis, forecasting, and financial evaluations.
• Advanced skills in using various Microsoft Office desktop applications.
• Proven ability to lead moderately complex business analysis projects.
• Technical expertise in one or more disciplines related to business analysis.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, formal documentation writing, and presentation capabilities.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Active IRS clearance (MBI) or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
