Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a leading global agribusiness client within a diverse team environment.

• Oversee the entire requirements lifecycle.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with senior stakeholders from the client side.

• Ensure that the delivered work aligns with the agreed-upon requirements.

• Serve as the liaison between business needs and engineering solutions.

• Manage priorities effectively and lead agile ceremonies.

• Assume a de-facto Product Owner role as necessary.

• Contribute value independently within an established client squad.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years in the role of Business Analyst, Product Owner, or a similar strategic position in digital product management.

• Capability to function independently as a Product Owner, including managing the backlog, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management with both senior business and technical figures.

• Proficiency in converting complex business requirements into technical specifications, use cases, workflows, acceptance criteria, and data mapping.

• Technical knowledge of system architecture and API integrations.

• Competence in validating deliveries against requirements and identifying discrepancies prior to QA.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken; daily interactions with clients are conducted in English.

• Experience in mentoring junior or mid-level analysts (preferred).

• Background with large global enterprise accounts and coordination across multiple teams (preferred).

• Experience in shaping product roadmaps alongside Product Management leadership (preferred).

• Data-driven approach to product decision-making, including defining KPIs and analyzing business metrics (preferred).

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Miro (preferred).
