This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop, maintain, and validate both current and future business process models, workflows, process documentation, and related materials.
• Conduct workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders, subject matter experts, product teams, and project teams.
• Collect requirements, document business processes, and evaluate operational impacts.
• Analyze process gaps, dependencies, risks, data touchpoints, and downstream effects.
• Suggest enhancements to support efficient operations and successful project implementations.
• Review system data, SQL-based extracts, database relationships, and business scenarios to ensure process validation and operational readiness.
• Ensure alignment of process documentation, training materials, and readiness resources with approved requirements and solution designs.
• Collaborate on implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, user readiness, and the adoption of new processes.
• Independently manage assigned tasks, communicate project status and risks, and deliver outcomes within set timelines.
• Convert processes, requirements, system functionalities, and procedures into training and readiness documentation.
• Create and maintain job aids, training manuals, process maps, workflow documentation, SOPs, and enablement resources.
• Document role-specific workflows, user access considerations, security implications, and training needs.
• Review deliverables for clarity, consistency, traceability, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
• Contribute to the development of templates, standards, reusable resources, lessons learned, and knowledge bases.
• Provide mentorship, peer review, and knowledge sharing to less experienced analysts, modelers, and training resources.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in business analysis, business process modeling, operational readiness, training development, system implementation, or related areas.
• Proficiency in creating process models, workflow documentation, SOPs, training materials, job aids, and other business enablement deliverables.
• Capability to facilitate discussions with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, clients, and technical teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements, system functionalities, and operational procedures into clear documentation and training content.
• Preferred working knowledge of healthcare, Medicaid, public-sector operations, or similar enterprise environments.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work independently.
• Understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, and methodologies for process improvement.
• Familiarity with relational databases, data structures, data relationships, and system data.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills, including data validation, query interpretation, and analysis of business process impacts.
• Knowledge of user access, security roles, permissions, and access controls.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to organize and convey complex information clearly and appropriately for the intended audience.
• Strong collaboration skills across business, technical, project, product, and training teams.
• High attention to detail, quality, consistency, and traceability.
• Capacity to adapt to changing priorities and support process improvement, implementation, user readiness, and change adoption initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for client or team support.
• Video cameras must be utilized during interviews and the first week of orientation.
• A photo is required during the screening process for verification throughout recruitment.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet location are necessary for screenings, interviews, and meetings.
