Senior Brand Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of brand and campaign strategies

• Ensure alignment between client goals and creative results

• Lead consulting initiatives and cultivate client relationships based on their needs and objectives

• Manage timelines and workloads among various strategists and analysts

• Review and offer guidance on team deliverables, collaborating with analysts

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders for managed accounts

• Take ownership of the strategic direction for key client accounts

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English

• Experience in managing and supervising Associates or Junior Strategists on a project basis

• Strong capabilities in generating insights, developing frameworks, and crafting creative concepts

• Expertise across multiple channels including social, brand, digital, performance, and business

• Excellent communication skills that are structured, clear, and confident

• In-depth knowledge of pop culture

• Experience in pitching

• Strong proactive communication abilities
