📋 Description

• Lead the strategic and operational oversight of the Abtei® brand within the DACH region.

• Formulate and execute brand, establishment, and growth strategies.

• Manage the product portfolio, encompassing portfolio optimization, innovation, and lifecycle oversight.

• Design, oversee, and assess integrated 360° marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.

• Handle budgets and enhance marketing investments and brand initiatives.

• Examine market, competitive, and consumer trends to generate strategic action recommendations.

• Track pertinent KPIs to guarantee brand growth and performance.

• Manage the internal share of voice and advocate for the brand’s interests among cross-functional stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance, and international teams.

• Lead and coordinate external agencies, market research firms, and partnership collaborations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed degree in business administration, business studies, communications, or a related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).

• 3–5 years of pertinent professional experience in managing pharmaceutical or FMCG brands, preferably in the healthcare sector, within an internationally focused organization.

• A strong interest in healthcare and consumer self-care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.

• Capability to work collaboratively across functions and integrate diverse viewpoints.

• Proficient verbal and written communication and influencing abilities.

• Excellent command of both German and English.
