This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +26 more states.
• Take charge of the comprehensive strategy for the brand, including pricing, promotions, new product launches, and optimal advertising approaches for key accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with essential clients.
• Provide expert ongoing support to fellow brand managers, establishing best-in-class practices.
• Lead a team of 1-3 individuals.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the brand, its competitive environment, and key business goals to formulate growth strategies through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Oversee the content necessary to support the product range for Amazon; collaborate with internal and external partners to create approved product images and descriptive text.
• Manage brand budgets and ensure profitability.
• Remain informed about Amazon marketing BETAs and programs that can be utilized for our clients.
• Foster strong relationships with Amazon, leading negotiations on behalf of the clients.
• Develop media plans that align with brand budgets and profitability objectives.
• Lead the creation of data-driven recommendations using pertinent sales, market, and consumer data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the strategic growth of Amazon.
• Grasp the interconnected disciplines and how each element influences the overall strategic plan.
• Exhibit flexibility to engage at all levels of the business, from high-level strategy to day-to-day operational tasks.
• Leverage insights from various sources, both endemic and third-party, to identify opportunities and strategies, as well as assist with strategic reporting requirements.
• Preferred post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Marketing.
• Over 10 years of experience in Brand Management and/or E-Commerce.
• Proficiency in reporting tools, including Excel.
• Experience working with Walmart.
• Familiarity with Amazon and Amazon Ads.
• Strong background in digital advertising and media strategy development (Amazon Advertising, Facebook, Google, etc.).
• Expertise in storytelling—transforming data into meaningful communication for clients.
