Assistant Brand Manager, Crochet and Knit – DTC E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and enhancement of Hooks & Needles products.

• Evaluate patterns, instructions, and content for precision and quality.

• Collaborate with creators and internal teams to realize projects.

• Analyze customer feedback to pinpoint trends, issues, and opportunities.

• Convert customer insights into actionable ideas for product and experience enhancement.

• Monitor crochet and knitting trends and investigate new product and brand possibilities.

• Address product-related customer inquiries and feedback.

• Oversee online communities and customer dialogues.

• Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

• Source creative content and aid in product storytelling.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite research, analysis, and daily tasks.

• Discover methods for leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and workflows.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Highly organized, capable of managing projects, tasks, and details effectively.

• Proficient in using Shopify, Asana, Google Sheets, Claude, InDesign, and other AI tools.

• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and follows through without needing reminders.

• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.

• Inquisitive and eager to learn and experiment with new ideas.

• Receptive to feedback and able to implement it for improvement.

• Knowledge of crochet or knitting is a significant advantage.

• Experience in e-commerce, product development, or brand management is beneficial.

• Must be available for a minimum of 5 hours during standard EET working hours for full-time positions.

• Must be open to contract/freelance or B2B work arrangements with valid self-employment documentation.

• English proficiency will be evaluated during the application process.
