Senior Bottleneck Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the global response to crises arising from critical material shortages, with an emphasis on European and international suppliers

• Serve as the primary escalation authority, establishing priorities, implementing countermeasures, and managing resource allocation

• Handle intricate supplier and customer escalations across various sectors, including metals, polymers, E/E, and raw materials

• Facilitate comprehensive management of bottlenecks and supply constraints to avert production halts or customer downtime

• Collaborate with international cross-functional stakeholders during significant supply disruptions

• Implement global standards in supply risk management, addressing cases of supplier relocation and insolvency

• Direct responses to transportation disruptions and synchronize global supply and demand strategies

• Create executive-level reports, conduct scenario analyses, and provide recommendations for senior leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in global supply chain, procurement, operations, or escalation management; experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing is preferred

• Demonstrated expertise in capacity analysis, allocation processes, recovery planning, and the stabilization of material flows

• Proven success in managing complex escalations across diverse commodity groups

• Exceptional analytical abilities with a talent for assessing risks and formulating countermeasures under pressure

• Experience in coordinating international stakeholders without direct reporting relationships

• Strong negotiation skills and experience collaborating with senior management

• High level of autonomy, resilience, and the capacity to make swift, impactful decisions in critical situations

• Proficient in ERP systems; SAP experience preferred

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office

• Fluent English is required

• Proficiency in German or Spanish is an advantage
