Senior BMC Helix Developer – ITSM, ARS, REST

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement integrations on BMC Helix ITSM in SaaS environments.

• Design and configure workflows using the AR System (ARS) engine.

• Create and set up forms, workflows, and applications on the AR System.

• Collaborate with BMC Helix Smart IT, including progressive views.

• Build and configure services utilizing the BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog.

• Design and execute bidirectional integrations between BMC Helix ITSM and third-party systems via REST APIs.

• Configure and manage Remedy / AR System objects.

• Engage in integration with directories and external systems, including LDAP and Azure AD.

• Utilize monitoring, ticketing, and other corporate systems.

• Conduct queries and development on SQL.

• Create reports and dashboards in Helix Dashboard.

• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to enhance and improve the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in development and integration with BMC Helix ITSM.

• At least 3 years of experience working with BMC Helix ITSM in a SaaS environment.

• Functional knowledge of ITIL processes as applied to BMC Helix ITSM.

• Proven experience with the AR System (ARS) engine and workflow configuration.

• Experience with BMC Helix Smart IT, specifically with progressive views.

• Experience in building services with the BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog.

• Experience in configuring bidirectional integrations through REST APIs.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL.

• ITIL certification.

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Diplomas or Technical Engineering degrees will be considered if they are accompanied by an additional 24 months of experience.

• Exceptionally, candidates with CFGS related to the technology field may be considered.

• Experience with BMC Remedy / BMC Helix ITSM is advantageous.

• Advanced experience with Forms, Active Links, Filters, and Escalations is desirable.

• Experience designing applications on AR System is a plus.

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs is preferred.

• Experience with integrations involving LDAP and Azure AD is favorable.

• Background with monitoring and ticketing tools is beneficial.

• Experience with data exchange and connectors with external systems is valued.

• Experience developing reports using Helix Dashboard is advantageous.
