Senior Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner – Sales, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates utilizing advanced sourcing techniques.

• Evaluate candidates’ skills, cultural alignment, and potential for growth.

• Provide market insights and mentor junior recruiters.

• Advocate for an inclusive and equitable recruitment process while representing the GE Vernova brand.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Deliver data-driven analysis and recommendations.

• Lead intricate offer negotiations and offer guidance on compensation benchmarks.

• Transform recruitment metrics into actionable insights.

• Maintain candidate and requisition information in the ATS.

• Implement Lean principles to enhance processes and monitor KPIs.

• Contribute to team initiatives and promote best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, encompassing sourcing, screening, and managing complex offer negotiations.

• Background in advising senior leaders and hiring managers on recruitment strategies and market trends.

• Demonstrated ability to convert recruitment metrics into straightforward, actionable business recommendations.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal.

• A university degree is not mandatory.

• Significant recruiting experience in sales, business development, project management, or product management roles is preferred.

• Capability to build, segment, and sustain passive candidate pipelines using a CRM is preferred.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI-driven recruiting tools is preferred.
