Senior Bilingual Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver consultative services to VIP clientele, including executives and senior leaders.

• Organize, book, and oversee both domestic and international travel arrangements.

• Address emergencies and provide concierge services, ensuring comprehensive support throughout their journey.

• Navigate complex requests with agility and a commitment to service excellence.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Adhere to SLAs and maintain quality standards.

• Operate with ethics, discretion, and confidentiality.

• Concentrate on high-profile corporate clients and urgent requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree.

• Robust experience in corporate travel management and VIP customer service.

• Proficient in Sabre and Amadeus systems.

• Familiarity with the Argo Online Booking Tool (OBT).

• Proficient or fluent in English.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is advantageous.

• Availability to work from Wednesday to Sunday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
