Senior Big Data Engineer – AdTech Cybersecurity

📋 Description

• Optimize the usage of Snowflake and enhance the cost efficiency of the infrastructure.

• Identify inefficiencies within data pipelines and SQL queries.

• Implement enhancements for performance and cost optimization.

• Enhance and sustain Java-based services.

• Implement and support new features for the platform.

• Improve current engineering processes and components of the platform.

• Develop scalable and dependable solutions for high-load environments.

• Contribute to architectural enhancements and the implementation of new components.

• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to ensure stable platform functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in Big Data engineering.

• Strong practical experience with Snowflake.

• Proficient expertise in Python.

• Proficient expertise in Java.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience in optimizing complex queries.

• Solid foundation in Computer Science principles.

• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

• Experience with AWS cloud services is a plus.

• Experience with Amazon S3 is a plus.

• Experience in AdTech, cybersecurity, fraud detection, or risk assessment domains is a plus.
