Senior Bid Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist our sales team in effectively conveying the company’s message of technological excellence, proximity, and agility.

• Lead, develop, and advocate IT solution proposals.

• Support sales in commercial proposals and enhance the company’s positioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading, developing, and advocating IT solution proposals.

• Strong leadership skills.

• Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal relationships.

• Analytical mindset.

• Passion for technology and staying at the forefront of advancements.

• Robust technological background, particularly in solution development, including application/system integration, software architecture definition, and web environment development.

• At least 3 years of experience in team and project management, especially in Agile methodologies, is a plus.

• Positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.

• Enjoyment in client interactions.

• Recent experience as a software architect is preferred.
