This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with account service lines, account directors, and the BIAS team to determine client reporting needs and optimal solutions.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to address account process deficiencies.

• Execute short-term BI solutions while maintaining alignment with the long-term strategy.

• Utilize advanced analytics tools to convert data, automate workflows, and create analytical tools.

• Oversee account data and reporting governance.

• Conduct data assessment and mapping for system integration initiatives.

• Create client-specific business glossaries, data dictionaries, and both technical and process documentation.

• Offer guidance and training on dashboarding platforms, Triana, and other analytical tools.

• Carry out user acceptance testing for feature improvements and dashboards.

• Address client-specific Triana bugs and issues.

• Define business requirements for customized reporting and advocate for account and client needs regarding Triana enhancements.

• Analyze the client portfolio to uncover risks and opportunities.

• Assist with data assessment during Triana onboarding and the preparation of custom reporting.

• Collaborate with development teams on dashboard proofs of concept, tabular model measures, and product enhancements.

• Provide both verbal and written progress reports to management.

• Extract data from point applications for Triana uploads.

• Monitor KPI performance and communicate results to senior leadership.

• Review data for QBR documents and facilitate related drafting and review meetings.

• Address ad hoc reporting requests and other assigned responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or Technology.

• Experience with Power BI is preferable, or familiarity with another data visualization tool such as Tableau.

• Experience with Alteryx and Python is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Proficient business writing and reporting abilities.

• Understanding of Agile Development methodologies.

• Experience documenting business processes using process maps and step-by-step user manuals.

• Capability to build and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

• Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
