This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Design, develop, and sustain BI reports and dashboards

• Assess business needs and convert them into effective reporting solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish KPIs, metrics, and data logic

• Create and enhance SQL queries

• Ensure data accuracy and investigate discrepancies

• Assist in improving data modeling and the reporting layer

• Work alongside Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and stakeholders from the client side

• Generate documentation for reports, metrics, and data sources

• Advocate for BI best practices within the unit

• Over 5 years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering-related positions

• Extensive experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools

• Proficient SQL skills

• Background in data modeling, data structures, and data warehousing

• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines

• Experience in data cleansing, validation, and quality control

• Capability to handle large datasets and intricate business logic

• Solid understanding of business reporting, KPIs, and dashboard design

• Proven experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify reporting needs

• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English proficiency

• Experience in government, public sector, healthcare, finance, or other regulated fields is advantageous

• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift is a plus

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis is a bonus

• Experience with dbt, Airflow, Dagster, or similar tools is a plus

• Knowledge of data governance, access control, and compliance-related reporting is beneficial

• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies is an advantage
