Senior BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain reports and dashboards utilizing Power BI.

• Evaluate current reporting solutions, recognize limitations, and suggest enhancements.

• Develop and automate reporting processes for business planning, budgeting, and P&L in collaboration with Finance and business stakeholders.

• Collect and clarify business requirements, transforming them into effective reporting solutions.

• Generate dashboards and reports for monitoring essential business and product metrics.

• Streamline recurring reporting to minimize manual effort.

• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports and dashboards.

• Investigate reporting discrepancies and issues, assisting in the identification of solutions.

• Manage tasks from start to finish, from comprehending the business request to delivering the final output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI.

• Proficient SQL skills with experience in complex analytical queries.

• Capability to convert business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.

• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders: gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and presenting outcomes.

• Strong analytical skills and systematic thinking.

• Proactive approach, ownership of tasks, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously on tasks lacking predefined solutions or detailed instructions.

• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.

• English proficiency: Pre-Intermediate level or above.

• Experience with business planning, budgeting, P&L, or financial models is a plus.

• Experience collaborating closely with Finance teams is advantageous.
