This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist the Mortgage Lending Division by generating routine reports, dashboards, and data extracts with precision and timeliness.
β’ Work collaboratively with team members to comprehend business metrics and reporting requirements.
β’ Maintain and automate scheduled reports as needed.
β’ Validate and analyze report data to ensure its correctness.
β’ Provide support for operational and ad-hoc reports and data extracts.
β’ Document procedures and processes related to assigned reports.
β’ Perform manual data reviews to address business inquiries, identify trends, or resolve audit issues.
β’ Enhance business knowledge to better understand and cater to the needs of business customers.
β’ Basic proficiency in Excel.
β’ Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and SSRS.
β’ Foundational understanding of SQL or other query languages is advantageous.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Robust analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and technical capabilities.
β’ Curiosity and willingness to quickly learn new tools, systems, and business processes.
β’ Basic knowledge of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
β’ Ability to adhere to detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
β’ High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience in business intelligence, report development, data analysis, data integration, or information management.
β’ Zero to two years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role.
β’ Preferred experience as a Business Analyst and/or in the Residential Mortgage Industry.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
