Senior BI Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert business requirements into dashboards, reports, analytical models, and actionable insights.

• Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

• Analyze performance across iGaming metrics and commercial drivers for clients, markets, and products.

• Conduct cohort, retention, conversion, and player-value analyses across various player lifecycle stages and segments.

• Identify trends, risks, performance challenges, and growth opportunities.

• Translate analytical insights into business conclusions and practical recommendations.

• Present findings to both internal and external stakeholders, including those with non-technical backgrounds.

• Support performance reviews, management reporting, and ad-hoc commercial analysis.

• Design scalable, automated reporting solutions to minimize manual tasks and enhance data accessibility.

• Document KPI definitions, business logic, data sources, and reporting requirements.

• Assist in maintaining a single source of truth for essential business KPIs.

• Develop validation and reconciliation checks for critical reporting tasks.

• Investigate data inconsistencies and escalate significant issues as necessary.

• Manage stakeholder priorities while ensuring quality and adherence to delivery timelines.

• Oversee analytical requests from initial discussions through to final delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a closely related analytical field.

• Significant professional experience within the iGaming industry.

• Strong practical expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, report maintenance, and performance optimization.

• Proficient SQL skills, encompassing writing, troubleshooting, validating, and optimizing analytical queries.

• Solid understanding of iGaming metrics such as turnover, GGR, NGR, deposits, withdrawals, active players, FTDs, bonuses, retention, conversion, and player value.

• Experience in gathering business requirements and transforming commercial or operational questions into analytical outputs and recommendations.

• Proven experience in developing business-facing dashboards and reports for commercial, operational, and management decision-making.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Capability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional working proficiency in English.
