This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee health, wellness, retirement, life, disability, and voluntary benefit programs throughout the United States and Canada.
β’ Assist employees in navigating benefit elections, life changes, eligibility adjustments, and benefit transitions.
β’ Act as a reliable resource for employee inquiries.
β’ Coordinate programs related to family, medical, disability, parental leave, accommodations, and statutory leave.
β’ Collaborate with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders during the leave process.
β’ Accurately and compliantly manage leave documentation, communications, and associated benefit changes.
β’ Contribute to the annual enrollment process, employee education initiatives, and benefits communications.
β’ Ensure data accuracy across various systems and vendor platforms.
β’ Maintain reporting, documentation, and operational procedures.
β’ Conduct audits and reconciliations for eligibility, enrollments, deductions, and vendor records.
β’ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Payroll, HR Operations, and external providers.
β’ Work in partnership with benefits and leave administration vendors.
β’ Assist with invoice reviews and administrative functions.
β’ Keep employee resources, FAQs, articles, and process documentation updated.
β’ Create communications regarding benefits and operational updates.
β’ Encourage the use of self-service tools and resources for employee empowerment.
β’ Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and operational efficiency.
β’ Proven experience in managing employee benefit programs and leave administration processes.
β’ Strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations and employee leave entitlements.
β’ Familiarity with Canadian benefits administration is highly regarded.
β’ Working knowledge of compliance requirements related to employee benefits and relevant employment laws.
β’ Experience with Workday or a similar human resources information system.
β’ Strong analytical abilities to investigate issues and propose practical solutions.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
β’ Proficient in using spreadsheets and reporting tools for audits, reconciliations, and analysis.
β’ Excellent customer service skills and the capability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Valid authorization to work in the United States.
