Senior Benefits Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic design, implementation, and daily management of employee benefits programs throughout the LATAM region.

• Oversee the annual renewal processes for benefits across all LATAM countries.

• Collaborate with local brokers and vendors to negotiate rates, terms, and coverage options.

• Create and deliver effective communications regarding benefits.

• Suggest strategic improvements to enhance benefits offerings.

• Supervise financial operations related to benefits, including invoice reconciliation, auditing, and processing.

• Assist in new hire benefit orientations.

• Contribute to global benefits initiatives, such as well-being programs.

• Audit benefit processes and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Act as a backup and provide support to regional team members.

• Manage global benefits programs and projects as assigned.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Manage or participate in cross-functional global benefits projects, including implementation, process enhancements, vendor management, and employee experience initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration and strategy.

• Practical experience in managing LATAM or international benefits programs.

• Proven success in designing and launching effective corporate benefit programs.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail in billing reconciliation, cost forecasting, and budget management.

• Proficiency in major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese) is highly desirable.
