Senior Benefit Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and manage compensation policies and programs.

• Conduct job audits to assess content and create job descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements.

• Engage in or contribute to compensation surveys and evaluate competitive salary data.

• Assess proposed salary changes for adherence to established guidelines, policies, and practices.

• Suggest corrective measures or alternative solutions for compensation-related issues.

• Evaluate requests for new or modified classifications and assign appropriate salary grades.

• Propose enhancements to the company's salary structures, FLSA exemptions, job modifications, and organizational frameworks.

• Review legal requirements governing compensation administration and suggest suitable actions.

• Conduct special studies and provide recommendations on incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options.

• Oversee domestic and/or international compensation programs.
