This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance products along with their features

• Construct and refine modules, data pipelines, and services

• Take ownership of projects from design through to production

• Engage in on-call rotations

• Contribute to frontend tasks and other related work as required by features

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in building and managing production backend systems at scale

• Exceptional coding skills in at least one modern programming language: Kotlin, Java, Node.js, Ruby, or Python

• Demonstrated ownership of services from start to finish, encompassing API design, data modeling, performance, reliability, and observability in a production environment

• Profound understanding of Computer Science concepts and strong analytical capabilities

• Practical experience and established practices with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar

• Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven product features from prompt design to scalable, production-ready integrations is highly desirable

• Willingness to contribute beyond backend responsibilities, including frontend and related tasks as needed

• Proficient in both English and Ukrainian

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
