This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop, sustain, and enhance back-end applications, services, and integrations utilizing Drupal.
• Execute technical enhancements aimed at improving user experience, site performance, and conversion rate optimization.
• Assess business requirements and convert them into effective, secure, and scalable technical solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs and system integrations.
• Guarantee the availability, reliability, quality, and performance of the developed solutions.
• Assist in the execution of site tests and experiments, working collaboratively with UX, data, and front-end teams.
• Investigate problems, determine root causes, and apply fixes or enhancements.
• Create and maintain testing protocols and technical documentation.
• Undertake corrective and evolutionary maintenance actions.
• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to the establishment of development best practices.
• Solid experience in back-end development.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Drupal.
• Background in developing and integrating APIs and services.
• Understanding of web application architecture, security, performance, and scalability.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems.
• Capability to interpret business requirements and suggest technical solutions.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, particularly for supporting integrations and implementations in web environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Pantheon is a plus.
• Background in conversion optimization or e-commerce projects is a nice to have.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, or experimentation tools is a nice to have.
• Knowledge of web performance metrics and optimization for mobile and desktop is a nice to have.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including UX, analytics, content, and front-end, is a nice to have.
