Senior Back-End Developer – iPaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Uphold the standards of the established codebase

• Address technical challenges through algorithmic solutions

• Detect errors, determine root causes, and propose solutions

• Utilize knowledge of testing, metrics, security, tools, and processes

• Offer support to the team when needed

• Engage in ceremonies and professional development discussions

• Work together with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions

• Assess requirements and create technical solutions using messaging services and REST APIs

• Execute system integrations utilizing messaging and REST APIs

• Create and document REST API endpoints in line with design and security best practices

• Keep abreast of the latest technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge and suggesting enhancements to integration architectures and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of systems development

• Proficiency in unit testing with JUnit

• Familiarity with log monitoring using Datadog

• Experience with Git

• Proficient in Java Spring Boot microservices

• Knowledge of Node.js, React, Angular, GraphQL, Flutter, and Python

• Familiarity with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and Maven

• Experience with message queues: JMS, ActiveMQ, Kafka, or RabbitMQ

• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Aurora

• Understanding of Redis

• Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code practices, and Scrum methodology

• Extensive experience in backend development using JavaScript, particularly Node.js

• Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL

• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, encompassing design, development, documentation, consumption, and integration

• Proficient in at least one programming language: JavaScript, C#, Java, or Python
