Senior Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.

• Maintain software components such as bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.

• Generate documentation for system and process design.

• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into technical designs.

• Assist with deployments.

• Resolve production issues outside of regular work hours.

• Participate in an on-call rotation as necessary.

• Foster collaboration with technical and business functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in system and process design documentation.

• Proven experience in adhering to departmental design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.

• Experience in maintaining effective partnerships with both technical and business functional teams.

• Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs.

• Experience in supporting deployments, troubleshooting production issues outside of regular hours, and participating in an on-call rotation.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; this position does not offer visa sponsorship.
