Senior Automation QA Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Conduct testing on the backend of a client's CCaaS solution.

• Enhance and maintain existing test automation frameworks.

• Detect and resolve defects effectively.

• Validate the functionality of new features.

• Guarantee system stability, scalability, and compatibility as product features evolve.

• Collaborate on significant projects for leading global clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• Familiarity with programming concepts and scripting languages, particularly Python.

• Experience with cloud services like GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Understanding of version control, bug-tracking, and test management tools.

• Background in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

• Basic log analysis skills.

• Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL or equivalent.

• Fundamental knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems.

• Experience in programming concepts and scripting in Java is preferred.

• Basic understanding of security protocols, such as OWASP and PCI Compliance, is advantageous.

• Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a bonus.
