Senior Associate – Transfer Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and implement transfer pricing projects with guidance from senior members of the Transfer Pricing team.

• Conduct research, formulate analyses, and present transfer pricing projects that encompass planning, compliance documentation, and controversy support.

• Engage in client interviews to collect information necessary for transfer pricing deliverables.

• Carry out research and create arm’s-length analyses utilizing TP Catalyst, Capital IQ, Royalty Range, Bloomberg IBIS World, and other similar resources.

• Evaluate financial and economic data using statistical sampling tools.

• Review and assess U.S. GAAP financial statements.

• Collaborate with specialized service groups within the National Tax Office and regional teams.

• Support Transfer Pricing Leadership in practice development initiatives.

• Employ AI tools and platforms in the execution and delivery of work.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in public accounting or a related area.

• CPA candidates are preferred.

• Experience with transfer pricing and multinational corporations is required.

• Strong ability to manage deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and prioritize assignments effectively.

• Proven verbal and written communication skills across various organizational levels.

• Proficient in using relevant technology.

• Willingness to travel based on client and business requirements.

• Familiarity with TP Catalyst, Capital IQ, Royalty Range, Bloomberg IBIS World, or similar resources.

• Experience in analyzing financial and economic data through statistical sampling tools.

• Background in reviewing and analyzing U.S. GAAP financial statements.

• Experience utilizing AI tools and platforms.

• A Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
