This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Design, collaborate on, and implement metrics-driven support strategies for critical accounts throughout the Investigation, Intervention, and Monitoring stages.
• Examine intricate account datasets to uncover macro-trends, address root-cause operational issues and workflow inefficiencies, and convert successful strategies into scalable enhancements for customers.
• Lead Monthly Business Reviews and account interactions as the primary strategic liaison among clinical personnel, pathology laboratories, and internal teams.
• Oversee account enablement by training and enhancing the skills of internal field and sales teams.
• Guide and mentor Associates through team training sessions, case studies, coaching on tools and methodologies, and demonstrating best practices.
• Produce high-quality client deliverables utilizing AI tools to consolidate data, draft materials, and automate administrative tasks.
• Perform client site visits, typically one visit per account each quarter, to spearhead high-stakes initiatives and process enhancements.
• B.S. in Biology, Life Science, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in external Account Management or Project Management.
• 2+ years of experience utilizing data and analytics to propose solutions, resolve complex business challenges, monitor KPIs, and enhance client outcomes.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional alignment among Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Success, and Product/Engineering teams.
• Advanced ability to synthesize and convey complex genomic, scientific, and technical oncology information to executive and clinical audiences.
• Strong data analytics skills, with a proven history of extracting macro-level insights from data to inform strategic direction, solutions, and potential strategies.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills.
• Exceptional expertise in account management and project management.
• High proficiency in navigating complex healthcare environments and assisting external teams through change management.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in AI platforms, such as Claude and Gemini, is preferred.
• Advanced experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data visualization tools such as BigQuery and Looker is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management systems, tools, or methodologies such as Monday.com and Trello is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Google or Microsoft Suite is preferred.
• Knowledge of oncology EMR systems and clinical pathology lab workflows is preferred.
