Senior Associate – Strategic Insights

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client strategic goals

• Design and implement thorough research plans

• Develop interview guides and surveys that cater to client requirements

• Examine quantitative and qualitative data to uncover key themes and insights

• Produce client-facing reports and deliverables that convey clear narratives for executive audiences

• Manage written and verbal communications with clients regarding specific studies

• Effectively prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment involving clients and experts from various fields and regions

• Conduct extensive research utilizing innovative methodologies and AI technologies

• Execute high-impact research projects that assist clients in addressing essential business inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-4 years of relevant professional experience

• Experience as a market research or research professional at a prominent market research firm or as a management consultant from a top-tier consultancy

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques

• Proficient in designing interview guides and surveys

• Familiarity with data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or Python

• Experience with data visualization tools

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret complex data sets

• Capacity to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision and under pressure

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and internal team interactions

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant area of study

• Authorization to work in the United States
