Senior Associate – Real Property Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical authority for real property sustainment, valuation, inventory precision, and financial reporting requirements.

• Spearhead modernization efforts for outdated real property systems, focusing on data synchronization, automation, system integration, and advanced analytics capabilities.

• Establish governance frameworks, standardized workflows, and internal controls that enhance accountability, regulatory compliance, and audit preparedness.

• Perform evaluations of data quality, documentation accuracy, and control effectiveness; pinpoint deficiencies and propose corrective measures.

• Assist in ensuring financial statement audit readiness by conducting reconciliations, process walkthroughs, evidence package creation, and remediation activities.

• Examine extensive real property data to uncover trends, risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational enhancement and optimization.

• Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that enhance insight into asset condition, valuation, sustainment needs, and executive decision-making.

• Offer strategic advisory support to governmental leadership, provide stakeholder training, and carry out field-based compliance reviews and program support visits across a broad environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in supporting federal real property, facilities management, or infrastructure sustainment programs, including valuation, inventory oversight, lifecycle management, and financial reporting.

• More than 4 years of experience in supporting audit readiness, internal controls, compliance, and remediation efforts within intricate federal settings.

• At least 4 years of experience leading real property modernization projects that encompass data governance, system integration, automation, and business process improvement.

• Willingness to travel nationwide as necessary.

• Employment authorization in the United States, confirmed through E-Verify.
