Senior Associate Quality Auditor – Long Term Disability

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Perform quality assurance reviews and audits to uncover trends, performance deficiencies, and opportunities for enhancing customer experience.

• Execute PG reviews to discover trends, performance gaps, and customer experience opportunities.

• Detect internal control weaknesses, process deficiencies, and business risks, including potential financial consequences.

• Propose and assist in implementing corrective measures to fortify controls and enhance outcomes.

• Evaluate performance trends, audit findings, and operational data to pinpoint root causes and potential areas for enhancement.

• Suggest process improvements, procedural modifications, and strategies for performance enhancement.

• Assess training requirements and create solutions to bridge knowledge or skill gaps.

• Collaborate with leadership, finance, training, and operational teams to mitigate identified risks and control weaknesses.

• Relay findings, recommendations, and action plans to relevant stakeholders.

• Oversee remediation efforts to guarantee effective and sustainable resolution of issues.

• Act as a subject matter expert and resource for escalated concerns related to quality and service.

• Share technical expertise and best practices with team members.

• Develop, sustain, and present quality assurance documentation, training materials, and educational resources to enhance performance and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree) (Minimum Required).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in LTD claims directly relevant to the responsibilities of this role (Required).
