
Senior Associate, Product Management – Applied AI Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Oversee enterprise AI platforms, which includes configuring workspaces, managing access provisioning, handling licensing and permission management, coordinating SSO/RBAC, facilitating user lifecycle processes, intake for API access, conducting governance checks, and maintaining operational documentation.
• Automate, standardize, and enhance recurring workflows on the platform.
• Provide direction on product priorities, requirements, user stories, and success criteria to operations and execution teams based in India.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, handoffs across time zones, delivery reviews, management of dependencies, feedback collection, and resolution of blockers.
• Assist in shaping product strategy, developing multi-quarter roadmaps, creating operating models, and prioritizing backlogs for enterprise LLM products and coding tools.
• Assess features, models, and vendor releases; organize pilot programs, plan releases, manage configuration changes, implement enhancements, facilitate communications, and oversee rollouts.
• Maintain policies on usage, provide acceptable-use guidance, establish access standards, and manage governance documentation and operating procedures.
• Identify and report potential misuse, control deficiencies, and emerging risks.
• Take ownership of the end-user experience throughout onboarding, access, configuration, adoption, and support.
• Act as a U.S.-hours escalation contact and coordinate the resolution of technical issues.
• Create training materials, product guides, FAQs, office hours content, prompt examples, and resources for responsible use.
• Establish access models, onboarding processes, usage standards, cost and rate-limit considerations, developer guides, starter templates, prompt libraries, and reference patterns.
• Monitor adoption rates, usage, onboarding completion, user satisfaction, support quality, license utilization, platform performance, and costs.
• Communicate product status, decisions, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Carry out additional responsibilities and contribute to related initiatives as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 4 years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, platform operations, or a closely related field.
• Experience in supporting enterprise SaaS, AI, API, developer-platform, or technical-enablement products.
• Proficient understanding of enterprise LLM products and APIs, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Codex, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle and backlog management practices.
• Understanding of access, provisioning, and support workflows.
• Knowledge of prompt and model concepts.
• Awareness of adoption and enablement strategies.
• Understanding of usage governance, cost control measures, and responsible AI principles.
• Familiarity with identity management, SSO, RBAC, API security, usage controls, or rate limits is preferred.
• Strong skills in product judgment, requirements definition, roadmap and backlog management, stakeholder alignment, analytical problem-solving, documentation, facilitation, and both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prepare product briefs, user guides, release communications, requirements documentation, and leadership updates.
• Capability to utilize Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 effectively.
• Ability to balance strategic product vision with hands-on operational execution.
• Skill in translating user feedback into prioritized enhancements.
• Competence in coordinating distributed teams across different time zones and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, risk, finance, enablement, and business partners.
• Proficiency in English is required.
