This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Oversee the comprehensive management of Private Placement Life Insurance (PPLI) new business and case management operations.
• Take charge of forms management, policy issuance, and the processes related to policy delivery.
• Act as the main contact for PPLI Sales, Underwriting, Product teams, specialty brokers, and various business partners.
• Support stakeholders by guiding them through case requirements, providing status updates, and outlining next steps.
• Examine new business submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Work together with Underwriting to secure case approvals and facilitate policy issuance.
• Manage the IDF implementation process, including planning, funding, and associated case activities.
• Maintain PPLI forms and oversee regulatory updates in collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and State Filing teams.
• Handle premium payments, renewals, fund transfers, and related transactions for Executive Benefits.
• Investigate and resolve issues concerning service, transactions, and reporting.
• Identify risks at the case level, financial consequences, process deficiencies, and service challenges.
• Contribute to team initiatives, process enhancements, departmental projects, and enterprise-level changes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant work experience can substitute for a Bachelor's degree).
• A minimum of 1 year in Life Insurance or new business/case management that pertains directly to the responsibilities of this position.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to analyze information and data trends, tackle complex problems, apply sound judgment to reach conclusions, and act effectively in situations lacking standardized procedures.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
