Senior Associate – Platform Development Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement software platforms that are scalable across multiple domains and globally.

• Assist end-users' requirements across different applications.

• Develop product roadmaps.

• Specify technical requirements.

• Create platform architecture.

• Offer technical documentation, guidance, and support regarding platform functionalities.

• Perform requirements analysis and high-level design/modeling.

• Write code using programming, scripting, and/or database languages.

• Organize and conduct software testing.

• Evaluate test outcomes and monitor/report risk levels during the execution of tests.

• Independently manage projects/processes with minimal supervision.

• Mentor and assess the work of junior professionals.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent.

• Generally requires 5–6+ years of development experience with nCino, Salesforce, Surefire, Jungo, Pipedrive, or similar lending/CRM platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of the relevant job area.

• Significant technical experience.

• Proficiency with relevant systems, tools, technologies, and/or certifications.

• Capability to independently manage projects/processes with limited oversight.

• Ability to mentor and evaluate the work of junior professionals.
