Senior Associate – Platform Development Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement software platforms that are scalable across domains and globally.

• Assist end-users with their needs across a variety of applications.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps.

• Specify technical requirements for projects.

• Develop the architecture for the platform.

• Offer technical documentation, guidance, and support related to platform capabilities.

• Perform requirements analysis and conduct high-level design/modeling.

• Write code using programming, scripting, and/or database languages.

• Plan and execute software testing procedures.

• Analyze the results of tests.

• Monitor and report risk levels throughout the testing phase.

• Manage projects and processes autonomously with minimal supervision.

• Mentor and evaluate the work of junior professionals.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a combination of education and relevant experience may be accepted.

• 5–6+ years of experience in developing nCino, Salesforce, Surefire, Jungo, Pipedrive, or comparable lending/CRM platforms.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the job area.

• Relevant technical expertise is necessary.

• Proficiency in applicable systems, tools, technologies, and/or certifications.

• Advanced understanding of software product engineering and platform development.

• Experience in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing software platforms.

• Familiarity with software programming languages and database technologies.

• Ability to work independently with limited oversight.

• Capability to manage projects and processes efficiently.

• Skill in mentoring and reviewing the work of junior professionals.
