
Senior Associate – People Process, Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct audits, configure, and uphold Workday security groups, role-based access controls, organizational hierarchies, and reporting structures.
• Configure and optimize Workday business processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
• Implement patches, test new functionalities, and coordinate enhancements with stakeholders.
• Evaluate and prepare Workday and associated HR systems for AI and automation projects, guaranteeing data quality and accessibility.
• Ensure consistency across HR processes to maintain compliance and data integrity.
• Develop standardized documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to streamline employee lifecycle events and assist HR teams with functional training and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a functional expert for HR systems beyond Workday, coordinating with IT for technical management.
• Provide technical assistance to HR stakeholders, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate complex system challenges.
• Question current design choices and align HR technology with best practices and organizational goals.
• Over 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, including security groups, business processes, and workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational structures, cost centers, and HR lifecycle processes.
• Experience in administering other HR systems and ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Demonstrated capability to lead initiatives for process improvement and to challenge existing design decisions.
• Practical experience with Workday modules: HCM, Talent, Time Off & Absences.
• Technical expertise in BP configuration, security groups, calculated fields, basic reporting, T&A configuration, and EIBs.
• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations (GDPR, SOC2).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Foundational understanding of AI concepts and their potential to enhance HR processes.
• Proficient in English.
