Senior Associate, Payroll Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Manage the payroll process independently from start to finish in alignment with established processing calendars and KPIs.

• Execute data management or customer service tasks independently based on agreed timelines and KPIs.

• Assist with statutory and year-end reporting requirements.

• Provide guidance on client payroll inquiries and issues utilizing payroll expertise and knowledge of relevant country-specific legislation.

• Mentor and share knowledge with apprentices and associates.

• Address tickets and calls promptly within SLA timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Aid in testing for system maintenance.

• Communicate and transact with third-party entities.

• Timely completion of SOC controls with the necessary documentation.

• Support root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure comprehension.

• Keep DWIs updated and maintain current processes.

• Report system issues and defects with required details and evidence.

• Notify the Service Manager of any deviations from standard service scope.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care.

• Accurately and timely complete time recording.

• Comply with Strada's security standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings and promptly raise concerns with the Service Manager.

• Stay informed about Strada HR announcements and communications.

• Cultivate relationships across various lines of business.

• Update internal stakeholders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Engage in assigned projects and activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits within an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing, or corporate setting.

• Preferred knowledge of Danish payroll regulations and compliance.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft is desirable.

• Fluency in English and Danish is essential.

• Experience handling HR and payroll data.

• Background in payroll administration or processing roles, or similar positions.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Adaptability to thrive in a global and fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-driven with a strong desire to learn.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting as well as independently while following established processes and procedures.

• Candidates must possess work authorization in the employing country without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

• Successful completion of a background check is required if employment is offered.
