This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Deliver operational coordination and executional assistance throughout the U.S. Neurology Medical Marketing team.
• Transform strategic objectives into detailed project plans, operational timelines, trackers, and team readiness.
• Keep integrated calendars, workback schedules, action logs, status trackers, and essential documentation up to date.
• Facilitate planning, status updates, preparation, and debrief meetings; create materials and monitor action items.
• Assist with budget management, purchase-order and invoice processing, forecasting, and reconciliation activities.
• Aid in congress kickoffs, project planning, readiness meetings, deliverable tracking, submissions, communications, vendor coordination, and closeout tasks.
• Oversee speaker training operations and sustain Speaker Bureau and program readiness trackers.
• Support HCP education and engagement initiatives, encompassing project plans, materials routing, stakeholder communication, vendor logistics, budget oversight, and closing activities.
• Provide planning and logistical support for advisory boards and insight-generating initiatives.
• Organize field insight submissions, monitor follow-up inquiries, and prepare summaries and readout documentation.
• Maintain insight repositories, source materials, and action tracking systems.
• Complete additional assignments such as process enhancements, dashboards, content workflows, or components of congress, P2P, and insight projects.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of UPLIZNA, gMG, NMOSD, customer segments, Medical Marketing responsibilities, promotional review necessities, and regulated operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, HCP Operations, Finance, Procurement, Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory, Legal, and Global partners.
• Handle sensitive information, budgets, deadlines, and partner relations while ensuring compliance.
• A Master's degree; or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of marketing and/or business experience in a Marketing/Sales commercial role; or an Associate's degree with 6 years of relevant marketing and/or business experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of pertinent marketing and/or business experience in a Marketing/Sales commercial context.
• Preferred experience in supporting marketing, commercial operations, medical marketing, meetings and events, or other intricate cross-functional programs.
• Background in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare is preferred.
• Experience in supporting promotional marketing materials and promotional review/MAC processes.
• Familiarity with neurology, rare diseases, or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to oversee multiple timelines, details, and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with budgets, purchase orders, invoices, trackers, and operational reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a heavily regulated environment.
• Experience with Veeva, Workday, SAP/Ariba, or CRM platforms is advantageous.
