Senior Associate, Launch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and provide support for a portfolio of client implementation projects throughout the entire lifecycle, starting from Sales hand-off to successful launch.

• Act as a consultant, application configuration specialist, and project manager.

• Ensure engagement and alignment among both internal and external teams.

• Convert the deployment of Glia tools and technology into quantifiable customer ROI and effectively communicate the value to executive stakeholders.

• Develop and uphold project schedules, communication plans, test plans, and RAID logs customized for each client.

• Handle client expectations, proactively identify alignment issues, and escalate any blockers to keep timelines on track.

• Provide training for client administrators on platform configuration.

• Assist operators through simulated training sessions.

• Identify, define, and suggest internal processes to enhance and scale service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise-level clients.

• Knowledge of APIs, HTML, and network security.

• Practical experience in configuring applications or software platforms, such as website CMS, CRM systems, or enterprise software tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client-facing projects concurrently.

• Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development/Engineering teams.

• Strong presentation skills, self-assurance, and enthusiasm.

• Effective and scalable problem-solving skills.

• Robust project management skills coupled with a background in technical consultancy.

• Excellent written, verbal, and social interpersonal skills suitable for various audiences and communication methods.

• Highly collaborative and adaptable.

• A growth mindset with a genuine curiosity about technology.
