Senior Associate, Launch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and support a diverse range of client implementation projects from the point of Sales hand-off to successful launch.

• Act as a consultant, expert in application configuration, and project manager.

• Ensure internal and external teams remain engaged and aligned throughout the process.

• Convert Glia tools and technology deployments into quantifiable customer ROI.

• Convey the delivered value to executive stakeholders effectively.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, communication plans, test plans, and RAID logs.

• Oversee client expectations and proactively identify alignment issues.

• Raise any blockers through internal channels to keep project timelines on track.

• Educate client administrators on platform configuration.

• Assist operators through simulated training exercises.

• Identify, define, and propose internal procedures to enhance and scale service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing implementations for SaaS or Enterprise-level clients.

• Familiarity with APIs, HTML, and network security.

• Practical experience in configuring applications or software platforms, such as Drupal, CRM systems, or enterprise software tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client-facing projects concurrently.

• Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development/Engineering teams.

• Strong presentation abilities coupled with self-confidence and enthusiasm.

• Efficient and scalable problem-solving skills.

• Robust project management skills and a background in technical consultancy.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills across various audiences and communication methods.

• Highly collaborative and adaptable.

• Possess a growth mindset and curiosity about technology.

• Experience in or with Contact Centers is an asset.

• Training end-users on systems is an added advantage.

• Background in Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare industries is a plus.

• Project management or technical certification, or related professional coursework is a bonus.

• Experience in consultancy is an added benefit.
