Senior Associate, Launch Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage and provide support for a range of client implementation projects from the point of Sales hand-off to a successful launch.

• Act as a consultant, expert in application configuration, and project manager.

• Ensure internal and external teams remain engaged and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

• Convert Glia's tools and technology deployment into quantifiable customer ROI.

• Clearly and consistently convey value to executive stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, communication strategies, test plans, and RAID logs.

• Manage client expectations and proactively identify alignment issues.

• Escalate obstacles through internal channels to maintain project timelines.

• Provide training for client administrators on platform configuration.

• Assist operators through simulated training activities.

• Identify, define, and suggest internal processes to enhance and scale service delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing implementations for SaaS or enterprise-level clients.

• Familiarity with APIs, HTML, and network security principles.

• Direct experience in configuring applications or software platforms, including website CMS, CRM systems, or enterprise software tools.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client-facing projects at the same time.

• Experience working collaboratively with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development/Engineering teams.

• Strong presentation abilities, confidence, and enthusiasm.

• Effective and scalable problem-solving skills.

• Solid project management abilities with a background in technical consultancy.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and social interpersonal skills suitable for diverse audiences and communication methods.

• Highly collaborative and adaptable.

• Possess a growth mindset and an eagerness to learn about technology.
