Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all phases of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Participate in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to support and lead client engagements, business development, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day operations.

• Ensure the delivery of top-quality outputs for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least 3–4 years of transaction experience in investment banking.

• Strong professionalism and client management capabilities.

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in both finance and accounting.

• A motivated self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings.

• Outstanding work ethic and dedication to achieving high-quality outcomes.

• Capacity to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction periods.

• Ability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self-edit.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Capability to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
