Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from identifying prospects to finalizing deals

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling

• Generate and implement marketing strategies

• Participate in conference calls and meetings

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to facilitate and lead client interactions

• Assist and spearhead business development and marketing initiatives

• Support daily operational activities

• Ensure top-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders

• Review and refine work while maintaining a keen attention to detail

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• At least 3-4 years of experience in transaction roles within investment banking

• Professional demeanor and client management abilities

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in both finance and accounting

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings

• Exceptional work ethic and a dedication to producing high-quality outcomes

• Capability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction phases

• Ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision

• Skilled in financial modeling, writing, and presentation techniques to support transactions

• Well-spoken, with outstanding communication abilities

• High level of attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Capacity to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners
