Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all phases of transactions, from prospecting to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily functions of analysts.

• Develop offering memorandums and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analyses and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Participate in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to facilitate and lead client engagements.

• Assist in business development, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Edit personal work and maintain a keen attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3–4 years of transaction experience in investment banking.

• Professional demeanor and client management capabilities.

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in both finance and accounting.

• Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.

• Exceptional work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction periods.

• Capacity to drive deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Skilled in financial modeling, writing, and presentation techniques.

• Articulate with outstanding communication abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to effectively engage with senior executives and business owners.
