Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in every facet of transactions, from pitching to potential clients to finalizing agreements

• Supervise the daily activities of analysts

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch presentations

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling

• Innovate and implement marketing strategies

• Take part in conference calls and meetings

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to facilitate and lead client interactions

• Assist in driving business development and marketing initiatives

• Contribute to the daily operational functions

• Ensure the delivery of top-quality outputs for both internal and external stakeholders

• Review and refine work while maintaining a keen attention to detail

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in transaction roles within investment banking

• Professional demeanor and robust client management capabilities

• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in both finance and accounting

• Self-motivated individual who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings

• Strong work ethic and dedication to producing high-quality results

• Capable of managing high-pressure workloads during crucial transaction phases

• Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision

• Skilled in financial modeling, and possess strong writing and presentation capabilities to support transactions

• Articulate with exceptionally strong communication skills

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Comfortable interacting with senior executives and business leaders
