Senior Associate, Investment Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of transactions, from prospect pitching to deal closure.

• Supervise the daily responsibilities of analysts.

• Develop offering memoranda and pitch books.

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.

• Generate and implement marketing strategies.

• Take part in conference calls and meetings.

• Collaborate with senior deal makers to support and lead client engagements.

• Assist with business development and marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to the daily operations of the team.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables for both internal and external users.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in investment banking transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Professional demeanor and client management capabilities.

• Strong technical, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in finance and accounting principles.

• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Exceptional work ethic and dedication to delivering high-quality results.

• Capacity to manage high-pressure workloads during critical transaction periods.

• Ability to produce deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Expertise in financial modeling, writing, and presentation skills.

• Outstanding communication capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail and proficiency in self-editing.

• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to interact effectively with senior executives and business owners.
